The English learning platform for institutions
English learning, designed for real progress.
Dersify connects the coursebook, the classroom, everyday practice and the running of your program — with AI that supports learners and instructors, and never does the learning for them.

The challenge
Most English programs run on disconnected pieces.
The coursebook is in one place, practice in another, progress in a spreadsheet and the program itself in email and group chats. Each piece works on its own. Together, they make it hard to see what learners can actually do.
01
Materials
Coursebooks, handouts and links that know nothing about each other.
02
Practice
Homework that happens out of sight, with feedback that comes late or not at all.
03
Progress
One grade at the end of term, instead of evidence along the way.
04
Operations
Enrolment, classes and levels coordinated by hand, term after term.
Dersify is designed to bring these pieces into one connected system.
Structured by design.
A coherent curriculum with clear objectives and a defined learning journey.
Practice with purpose.
Activities that help learners use what they learn and build confidence.
AI with educators in mind.
Support for learning and teaching, with people in charge of every decision that matters.
Built for learning programs.
Curriculum, learners, classes and staff in one connected environment.
Structured learning
A clearer path from learning goals to real ability.
Every program in Dersify follows the same clear shape, and every unit is anchored to “I can…” statements that describe what a learner should be able to do by the end of it.
- 01
Program
Your English program, configured for your institution.
- 02
Level
Your program’s own levels, with outcomes referenced to the CEFR.
- 03
Unit
A theme with clear outcomes — “I can talk about my daily routine.”
- 04
Lesson
A Digital Book chapter: reading, listening, vocabulary and grammar.
- 05
Activity
Practice, coursework or formal assessment, each with its own rules for help.
The Digital Book
Make room for practice, not just lessons.
Lessons live in a Digital Book that reads like a well-made coursebook and works on the phone in a learner’s pocket. Reading, listening and practice happen in one place, and learners always pick up where they left off.
Tap a word, understand it
Key vocabulary carries its definition, an example and its pronunciation, right inside the text.
Feedback that teaches
A wrong answer is “not yet”, not a red cross — with a nudge in the right direction.
Ready for real connections
Progress is saved as learners go, so an unreliable signal doesn’t cost them their work.
Coursework with a reason
Each question shows which lesson it practises, so review always connects back to learning.
Ask Dersify
A patient guide that knows the page — and never gives the answer.
Ask Dersify answers questions about the lesson in front of the learner. It explains, rephrases and offers hints that become more specific with each attempt. It will not complete a task or write a submission.
01
Grounded in the lesson
It works from the current page, activity and level — not from general guesswork. When it doesn’t know, it says so and points the learner to their instructor.
02
Help that escalates carefully
A first mistake gets “try again”. Hints unlock after further attempts, and never reveal the answer.
03
Matched to the activity
Full support in practice, limited help in coursework, and none at all during formal assessment.
04
Private by design
Learners’ conversations with Ask Dersify are not shown to instructors.
For instructors
Give instructors better ways to guide learning.
Instructor OS keeps the instructor at the centre of the class: send everyone to the same page, see who is following, and know which learners need attention before the next lesson.
Explore Instructor OSRun the class live
Send the class to a page and see where each learner is, with first answers arriving as they work.
An attention queue, not a data dump
Learners who need help surface with the reason, so time goes where it matters most.
Review with AI assistance
Dersify can suggest a first evaluation of written work. The instructor reviews it and makes the decision.
Summaries on request
Summarise a class’s progress, built only from information instructors are permitted to see.
Dersify Studio
Curriculum that is written, reviewed and released with care.
Curriculum teams build and maintain courses in Dersify Studio. AI can draft proposals from your approved source materials; people review, approve and publish them.
- 1
Draft
Curriculum Editors write lessons and activities, or start from an AI proposal grounded in approved materials.
- 2
Review
A second Curriculum Editor or the Lead approves it or requests changes — no one approves their own work. Nothing enters the coursebook without a person’s approval.
- 3
Release
A Curriculum Lead publishes a versioned release to learners when it is ready.
For institutions
One platform for the whole program.
Dersify gives administrators and registrars the tools to run an English program day to day — from registering a student at the desk to confirming who moves up a level.
See Dersify for institutionsRegistration desk
Register students as fees are cleared, and place each one at the right level with a recorded reason.
Secure access
Students claim their place with a single-use code sent by WhatsApp or print, tied to their own verified email.
Terms, cohorts and classes
Organise each period’s cohorts and classes, and assign instructors to them.
Progression and gradebook
Record results, confirm promotions and open the next level when students are ready.
Your own address
Learners sign in at your institution’s own Dersify address, under your name and logo.
A full audit history
Important changes are recorded, so administrators can see who did what, and when.
Progress and evidence
Make learning progress more visible.
Dersify keeps evidence for reading, writing, listening and speaking separately, instead of reducing a learner to a single label. It also records how much help was used — a correct answer after two hints means something different from one without.
01
Four skills, four pictures
Learners and instructors see strengths and gaps skill by skill.
02
Help is part of the record
Evidence notes whether a learner succeeded alone or with support.
03
Outcomes in plain language
Units end with “I can…” statements that learners can recognise in themselves.
Our approach to AI
AI with educators in mind.
01
AI supports learning. It doesn’t replace it.
Dersify explains and guides. It never completes a learner’s task or writes their work.
02
People make the decisions that matter.
Grades, curriculum releases and promotions are confirmed by instructors and staff.
03
Privacy is part of the design.
Ask Dersify conversations stay between the learner and Dersify.
A better foundation for English learning.
